Without notifications I either keep cycling through the windows to check on them, or I forget about one and it sits at a permission prompt for twenty minutes while I work two windows over.</p> <p>macOS notifications are the obvious answer, but the easy ways of sending them stop working well once more than one session is involved.</p>
